Welcome to SeLeBox, By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use SeLeBox.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SeLeBox, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, including any future updates. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SeLeBox. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

3. License to Use

SeLeBox grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Some features require you to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation;
  • Post or transmit unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful material
  • Upload any content that infringes on the rights of others;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the App;
  • Use SeLeBox for unauthorized commercial activity.

6. In-App Purchases

SeLeBox may offer in-app purchases such as “Tales Coin” or other virtual credits.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or our Refund Policy.
  • You are responsible for all charges associated with your account and device.

7. User-Generated Content

SeLeBox allows users to create, upload, or share content (including videos, music, podcast, books, posts, and images). By doing so, you:

  • Grant SeLeBox a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform-related purposes;
  • Warrant that you own or have the right to share the content;
  • Agree not to post any content that violates laws, infringes copyrights, or harms others.

8. Copyright and Content Ownership

By uploading or sharing any content on SeLeBox, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to share it;
  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
  • SeLeBox strictly prohibits uploading copyrighted material without permission. If you violate this policy:
  • SeLeBox may remove or disable access to the infringing content without prior notice;
  • Your account may be suspended or permanently terminated;
  • SeLeBox may cooperate with copyright owners or authorities when required.

SeLeBox does not claim ownership of user-generated content. However, by uploading, you grant SeLeBox the right to host, stream, and distribute your content within the platform.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of SeLeBox is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as outlined in that policy.

10. Proprietary Rights

All features, software, designs, and trademarks of SeLeBox are the property of SeLeBox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to SeLeBox at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the App.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeLeBox shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of data, profits, or content arising from your use or inability to use the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Philippines.

14. Modifications

SeLeBox may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of SeLeBox after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
